In Chinese medicine we don't believe in disease, we believe in DISHARMONY. Illnesses, physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual, manifest when we are out of balance within ourselves and with nature.
Chi Kung is a practice of energy management that invites you to reconnect to your true self which is love and awareness. And to tap into the loving energy that is around you, helping you come back into harmony in body-mind-spirit.
This class is completely free, no previous chi kung experience is necessary.
