After a big adventure in Europe, I come back filled up and ready to get back into my holistic medicine practice & birth doula services in the sea to sky. I am so grateful to be able to live, work, play in this beautiful sacred land of Squamish & Vancouver. Summer is on its way, bringing expansive energy, playful creative flow and heart celebrations! With all this yang energy filling up my vessel I am very happy to announce that I will be joining a new integrated health clinic in Squamish & continuing my TCM practice Sundays in Vancouver. I am looking forward in supporting you in your healing journey! Like Lao Tzu said a long time ago: "The journey of one thousand miles starts with one step." So I invite you to come and take that first step with me and see how far you can go. Knowing yourself at all levels is the best gift you can give yourself and others, self recognition is a pre requisite to self awareness. And self awareness is a pre requisite to self mastery. We can be of service to this world by realizing our SELF. We are in times of need, this planet needs more people with open hearts and open minds, people that support each other, that bring more love, joy, light into this world. By taking care of yourself in body-mind-spirit, you are doing just that. I truly believe we are here to walk each other along in this beautiful adventure called life. To learn from each other and break free from what no longer is serving us. To see and witness each other shed our skins to be born again and again, each time emerging with a deeper connection to our true selves, to our true nature and to the divine.
